Before a user can sign in and authenticate using SSO, your license administrator must first follow these steps found here, to enable 'authenticate by SSO' on your account.
To sign in using SSO:
Launch CoCreate, Click on <Login>
Remember to check the <Remember me> check box to simplify the login process next time you run CoCreate.
Enter your email address associated with CoCreate and click <continue>
You will now see the option to sign in to your organisation or companies Microsoft email account,
Click on <Log in with your Microsoft account> to continue.
You will now be directed to your organisation email sign-in method,
Please note that these next steps may vary slightly from orientation to organisation.
Enter the email address associated with your company or organisation and click <Next>
Now enter the password associated with your companies email address
Once entered click <Sign in> to continue.
If you see the following message appear, please contact your IT Support team and request that SSO integration for CoCreate be enabled for your organisation or Company,
If your organisation has Multi-Factor Authentication enabled you may see either of the following messages appear once you have input your email password and signed in.
Please follow the instructions shown to verify your sign-in.
On the next window please click on <Yes> if you are using your company laptop or PC,
If you are using a shared device, please ensure you select <No>
Enter the name you want to use for CoCreate and click <Continue>
You will now be logged into CoCreate and SSO sign-in has been enabled on your account.
